Lease Information

Check out this section to review a copy of the Lease Agreement, fill out your Resident Profile, and review payment breakdown.

 

If you would like a copy of your own lease agreement, please contact the Fraternity Row office and let them know if you would like it mailed or emailed to you.

 

For legal purposes, our office requires all original signatures.  Please make sure to return all original copies to our office.

Before moving in, check out the Move In Guide for tips and suggestions on things you will need before moving in.  You will also find move in procedures for Move In Day and a local area guide for food, shopping and hotels for family staying in the area.

Renter's Insurance

All residents are required to  have signed up for Renter's Insurance prior to moving.

All residents will need to provide proof in order to pick up their keys.

Rent Payment Information

Check out this section for the rent schedule, late fee policies, and ways to make your rent payment.

Parking Information

Residents interested in parking in the Fraternity Row Parking Garage have the option of utilizing the space(s) assigned to their unit or purchasing an additional private space for the year.  Prior to moving in, residents must let the office know who intends on bringing their car.

 

 

 

All residents, regardless if they have a vehicle or not, need to follow all parking policies and procedures.

Unit Condition Form

Before moving your items into your new unit, please take a minute to access the condition of your unit.  Take pictures of any conditions that you would like to note and submit your online Unit Condition Form today!  We encourage all residents to complete this withing 24-48 hours of moving in.

When you move out, your apartment will be compared to your Unit Condition Form to evaluate damages that occurred during your residency.  Any damages not noted on your Unit Condition Form will be your responsibility.

​

If you do not complete the Unit Condition Form, you will be responsible for any and all damages found in your unit upon move out.
