Lease Agreement

Residents and their Guarantors are responsible for all aspects of the lease equally and are encouraged to read through the lease in its entirety. Simply not reading the lease will not release you from your obligations.
Residents and their Guarantors are required to sign the appropriate sections on the lease and all originals must be returned to the office.
If you would like a copy of your lease, you may request one at any time. Only residents and their designated Guarantors may request a copy of the lease.
Resident Profile
All residents are required to fill out a resident profile sheet for the purposes of roommate matching. Regardless if residents come in with assigned roommates, Fraternity Row requires all residents to have this on file in case a roommate moves out and roommate matching is needed.
Rent Payment Breakdown
Rent is calculated based on a daily rate depending on your apartment floorplan and type. The daily rate is then multiplied by the number of days that the lease is long and divided into 12 equal installments. Equal installments mean that residents will pay the same amount each month regardless of how many days are in that month. Any proration needed for any partial months has already been calculated into the total lease cost, so residents are only paying for the exact number of days that their lease is for.
Any residents who purchase an additional parking space will pay their parking fee with their rental installment.
Residents will begin making their 1st rent installment on August 1st for a fall sememster move in, regardless of when they pick up their keys and move in.
